Laura Newsome received her BS in nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in 1997. She has spent her nursing career in the hospital setting, primarily in the critical care area. She has been with LifeCycle since June 2021 and loves having the opportunity to educate, encourage, develop relationships, and provide accountability to her participants. She enjoys helping her participants live their healthiest lives and achieve their personal goals. Laura has been married to her husband, Justin, for 23 years, and together they have 6 sons. For fun, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, camping, exercising and anything to do with the beach.
